We need a team player who will diligently help run the daily operations and keep our growing practice moving towards our values with strong follow up. You will be the glue that keeps the business together, ensuring all tasks are completed and no balls are dropped in an environment where priorities must be juggled.

Super Talkers empowers clients and their families. while offering speech and occupational therapy services. As a small, values-based pediatric therapy clinic, we work hard to ensure an incredible team culture and actively encourage a healthy work-life balance. We are closed on Fridays and weekends!

The right candidate for this role will:

  • Welcome clients and parents in a courteous and professional manner
  • Quickly answer or properly refer questions and issues
  • Answer calls, arrange appointments and register clients, ensuring that all demographic information is accurate, including insurance information.
  • Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating client records in EMR
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate insurance verification before client's first visit
  • Perform pre-certification with insurance companies as needed.
  • Collect payments at each client visit.
  • Sending client invoices as needed
  • Troubleshoot insurance denials in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and fulfilling supply orders
  • Create and complete spreadsheets to track client and scheduling data
  • Provide administrative assistance to supervisors
  • Obtaining signatures from clients on annual forms
  • Laminating therapy materials as needed
  • Light cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned.
